Onsite support (remote hands) is available between 7am and 7pm Mon-Fri and 9am to 5pm Weekends / bank holidays (not Xmas Day, Boxing Day or New Years Day).
IP-KVM sessions must be requested in advance by ticket and will be set up during normal support hours only. IP-KVM is limited to 2 free sessions a month.
