How to Contact Node4
All Node4 customers technical support queries are accompanied by a support ticket.
Using your unique ticket ID you can track the progress of your incident using our online helpdesk system. You can raise a ticket by logging onto the helpdesk system at: https://helpdesk.node4.co.uk/ with your username and password.
We’ll update the ticket at key stages in the process and send you email updates as well.
If you don’t have a username yet, just email your support query to support@node4.co.uk and we’ll create a new account and support ticket for you and email you all the details.
